Refurbishment of a PFS in Enfield

The refurbished petroleum filling station comprises 3 new 50,000 ltr tanks, fuel infrastructure, concrete forecourt & reassembly of the former canopy.

The value of the project was approximately £280,000

Site complications included:

• Contaminated soils and poor ground conditions which required the new tank farm to be cofferdammed

• Due to the close proximity of period residential housing it was necessary for the works to be carried out using vibration free piling - these works were carried out in-house resulting in savings to cost and programme.
