Two stage knock down and rebuild to the BP PFS in Rush Green
The project was undertaken in two phases. The first phase was the demolition and then re-construction of the forecourt including new tanks, civils infrastructure, forecourt and canopy.
The second phase was to demolish the sales building and construct a new sales building with Wild Bean café, M&S and carwash.
The value of the entire project was approximately £500,000
