Refurb of PFS including new tanks, forecourt and canopy
The works included refurbishment of the sales building, new tanks, forecourt construction and canopy.
The value of the project was approximately £1,000,000
The project was undertaken in summer 2009.
Site complications included:
• High ground water on a major aquifer with minimal off site water discharge rates meant silent piling techniques were used to install vibration & noise free sheet piles to form cofferdams to control the ground water and extremely bad ground conditions.
