This current project for Mount Anvil plc comprises the construction of a ten storey concrete frame plus a lift shaft over run and a rooftop plant room.
Each floor slab has an approximate area of 1000m2 which is supported by 51 columns and six shear walls, running throughout the building.
Special features include cantilevered balconies on each floor which have a fair faced concrete finish to the soffits and edges, a twin lift shaft and two sets of in situ r.c. stairs.
