This project was a new build trunk road Service Station and HGV parking for Margram plc at Minster. The scheme included

• 6,000m2 forecourt and insitu concrete paving finished to a high specification

• storm water attenuation resevior and offsite foul connectionclassclass

• 2500m2 Adopted Highway to KCC specifications

• 400m2 Sales Building incorporating Somerfields Fit Out

• Full Fuel Installation including LPG Facilities

The 22 week programme was completed two weeks ahead of schedule and within the Contract Sum
