In order to deliver the challenging build & programme of the KPMG Hackney Academy school Willmott Dixon selected Toureen Mangan. Our ability to undertake key specialist activities in house enabled the project to be completed 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
The Project received one of the Clients highest scoring safety reports for Toureen Mangan’s unprecedented commitment to Health & Safety management, with particular praise for our tailored
fall arrest systems to ensure safe working at height.
The scope of the work comprised of the following in house disciplines:
• Demolition
• Pile Mats
• Steel Sheet piling & Temporary Works Design
• Bulk Excavation
• Drainage
• Pile Caps & Ground Beams
• Basement Slabs, Groundfloor Slabs, Elevated Slabs totalling approx 1400m2
• 4 Storey RC Concrete Frame, with a 1st floor link bridge across Pedestrian walkway
