As such our approach to health and safety is structured and continually evaluated in the following ways:
The company has a dedicated Health and Safety Manager responsible for communicating, auditing and monitoring health and safety performance reporting back to the Board of Directors
We accept regular external auditing by specialist safety consultants
We hold regular health and safety consultations with the workforce to develop and encourage a positive attitude towards health and safety
All our employees hold relevant certificates for plant and machinery and are CPCS/CITB/CSCS cardholders and we comply with all legal and regulatory requirements as dictated by the HSE
All employees are trained and inducted in Health and Safety issues including specific site induction and training and training for head office based employees
We have a commitment and genuine concern for the safety and well being of ALL of our employees, stakeholders and the local environment affected by our activities
