The Vacuum Excavator purchased by Toureen Mangan for service strike prevention proves a good investment
Waingels College in Berkshire posed a severe risk due to the extremely high amount of buried services. To reduce the risk, Toureen Mangan invested in two vacuum excavators so that services could be exposed without the risk of an excavator bucket hitting them.
